This blog was started to help you find great jobs at little known employers in the Portland, Oregon area. I decided it was time to write about another little known but growing and successful Portland company: EthicsPoint.

You rarely hear about profit making companies that work in the field of ethics. By golly, they do exist! EthicsPoint is a technology based issue, incident, and event reporting company. Major corporations, nonprofits, and government organizations to collect complaints, tips, and information from employee's, regarding their employer. For example, is your boss harassing you and you're afraid to report this person for fear of retaliation? If your company is a client of EthicsPoint you can safely and comfortably report the abuse person. Maybe your organization is violating labor law or otherwise operating an unsafe work enviroment. EthicsPoint allows for senior management to become aware of these misdeeds without the filter of middle management.

Now that you know what they do, get this. The Portland Business Journal named EthicsPoint one of the 100 fastest growing private companies in Oregon. Search 'EthicsPoint' in the Jobs section of Craig's List Portland and you'll find 28 listings (as of 2-24-08). Visit the jobs section of their web site and you'll see a sampling of 10 more jobs.

EthicsPoint is looking for many different job functions: IT developers and admins, sales, client consulting, and intake specialists. If you speak German or Spanish, they'd probably really like to talk with you!
